COVID-19 Precautions

  • Our physicians require everyone to wear a mask (covering nose & mouth) the entire time you are in the office. If your mask does not meet the physician’s standards, we will provide you with one.
  • When you arrive for your appointment, you will receive a health screening by one of our team members.
  • You may bring one guest. Guests will also receive a health screening and must comply with our mask policy during your office visit.

Please Call to Reschedule Your Appointment if:

  • You have or in the last 14 days have had a fever, sore throat, cough, chills, shaking chills, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea, difficulty breathing, or shortness of breath.
  • In the last 14 days, you have been in close contact with someone who has a fever, sore throat, cough, chills, shaking chills, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea, difficulty breathing, or shortness of breath.
  • In the last 14 days, you have tested positive or been in contact with someone who has a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19.
  • You have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting the test results.

Appointment Information:

  • Please bring a picture ID and your medical insurance card(s) to each appointment.
  • If it has been 6 months or longer since you were last seen at VRA, please bring a list of your current medications.
