Frank W. Garber, M.D.
received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College in
Northfield, Minnesota and his Medical Degree from the University of
Michigan. He completed his medical internship at the University of
Michigan and his ophthalmology residency training and vitreo-retinal
surgery fellowship at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at the UCLA Medical
School in Los Angeles. Dr. Garber is an assistant
clinical professor at Michigan State University. He is a
of the American College of Surgeons and
was named one of the "Best Doctors in America" by Woodward/White, Inc.
